Stratus Power Max introduced

Appareo has introduced Stratus Power Max, a dual USB-C charging port for aviation.

The latest addition to the company’s line of TSO-certified USB charging products, Stratus Power Max delivers up to 60 watts of charging power, according to company officials.

According to company officials, features include:

  • Each port delivers up to 30W of power, 60W total, supporting charging for a wide range of devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • With both back and bottom connectors, Stratus Power Max offers flexible installation options
  • Includes multiple safety mechanisms, such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection
  • FAA TSO-C71 Certified
  • Includes a 6 foot wire harness with the connector already pinned out for easier installation
