LAKELAND, Florida — The Aerospace Center for Excellence and the SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo will host the first Flightoberfest on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024, on Lakeland Linder International Airport (KLAL).
Flightoberfest will feature aircraft displays, food trucks, kids zone, vendors, seasonal craft beer, and live music.
The event will follow the second annual Pumpkin Dash 5K that kicks off at 9 a.m. Registered participants will receive a shirt, custom bib, and automatic entry into Flightoberfest. Register for the Pumpkin Dash 5K here.
Flightoberfest will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is $5. An Epic Flight ticket is $30 and includes admission to the festivities, a commemorative cup, and three craft beer tickets. Admission is free for kids 12 and under.
All proceeds benefit the educational programming of the Aerospace Center for Excellence.
