Commemorate your flying milestones

By General Aviation News Staff · September 10, 2024 ·

Now you can commemorate your flying milestones with Sporty’s Challenge Coin Gift Set.

Challenge coins serve as a symbol of pride, recognition, and membership, with a history that can be traced back to ancient Rome, the Renaissance, and World War I, according to Sporty’s officials.

The new challenge coin set includes a cherry-stained wooden display box, adorned with the FAA logo. Inside are two challenge coins, commemorating the First Solo and Private Pilot milestones.

The gift set includes a personalized card on which the details of these accomplishments can be recorded.

Sporty’s Challenge Coin Gift Set is available for $39.95. For an additional $12.95, Sporty’s can add a personalized touch to the Challenge Coin Gift Set, with the pilot’s name laser-etched on multilayered vinyl and affixed to the gift box.
