ASA prepares to ship pilot test prep

By General Aviation News Staff · November 1, 2024 · Leave a Comment

Aviation Supplies & Academics (ASA) 2025-2026 Pilot Test Prep books, which begin shipping Nov. 4, 2024, now include Prepware software for free.

These new editions, which reflect the latest information to prepare for FAA Knowledge Exams, include a book, software, and updates for two years, in addition to a free two-year subscription to Prepware.com, according to ASA officials.

Test material is organized into chapters based on subject matter and includes introductory text and illustrations, questions, answer choices, answers, explanations (for correct and incorrect answers), and references for further study.

Students can use the book to become familiar with the FAA Knowledge Exam, then use Prepware for unlimited study sessions and practice tests to receive test authorization (endorsement) at no additional cost, ASA officials said.

Each book and software program includes the figures, charts, and diagrams needed for each exam. Each complete FAA Knowledge Testing Supplement (CT-8080) is included in the back of the Test Prep book and in the Prepware program.

ASA monitors FAA test changes and provides updates through a free email update service.

Prices start at $29.95.
