New IWASM Executive Director Chrystal Robinson with new Collections Manager Alexandra Lausin.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The International Women’s Air and Space Museum (IWASM) has a new executive director, Chrystal Robinson.

“Chrystal replaces Sara Fisher, who served as IWASM’s executive director for the past four years,” said Board President Marcy Frumker. “Sara brought many creative and innovative ideas and processes to the museum and we wish her well.”

The museum also has a new collections manager, Alexandra Lausin, museum officials noted.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026, the International Women’s Air & Space Museum is based at Burke Lakefront Airport (KBKL) in Cleveland, Ohio. Its mission is to “collect, preserve, and showcase the history and culture of women in all areas of aviation and aerospace; educate people of the world about their contributions; and inspire future generations by bringing the history to life,” according to museum officials.
