Textron Aviation has been named one of the Top 25 Employers for Veterans for 2025 by Military.com’s Veteran Employment Project.

This recognition is awarded to companies with “a dedicated veteran recruitment team known for providing clear, accessible information about local jobs and leadership opportunities for career advancement,” according to Textron Aviation officials.

Company officials note that veterans represent nearly 15% of the company’s workforce. The company provides resources designed to foster professional growth, including internships, A&P certification and training, a military skills translator, and more.

Employees who are veterans and their supporters can also join Veteran Engagement Through Community Outreach and Mentoring (VETCOM), an employee resource group.
