Kore Aviation introduces helicopter headset

By General Aviation News Staff · May 17, 2025 · Leave a Comment

Kore Aviation has introduced the H1 Helicopter Headset.

Purpose-built to meet the needs of helicopter pilots, the H1 Helicopter Headset is the company’s first headset for rotorcraft, company officials noted.

“The H1 is more than just a headset — it’s the result of conversations with working pilots, flight schools, and instructors who asked for something tailored to their everyday helicopter missions,” said Min Kim, CEO and owner of Kore Aviation. “We saw a real need in the rotorcraft segment for reliable, comfortable, and high-performing gear that doesn’t break the bank — and we built the H1 to meet that need.”

The H1 features a 24dB Passive Noise Reduction Rating, a electret noise-canceling microphone, and a U-174 plug with a coiled cord, which are essential for helicopter pilots operating in high-vibration, high-noise settings, company officials said. It is also equipped with silicone gel ear seals and an adjustable, padded headband.

The integrated 3.5mm AUX input lets pilots connect directly to apps like ForeFlight for real-time alerts, navigation cues, and in-flight updates straight to the headset.

Introductory price: $219.95.
