As I touched down saw an ultralight landing on the opposite end of the runway. Aircraft was no transponder no radio and was landing against all others in traffic pattern.

My flight was trapped between the top of the Class B at 10,000 feet and heavy traffic at 11,000 feet, resulting in an unsafe condition with no clear solution.

Aircraft Y student pilot confronted Aircraft X pilot after landing, indicating that Aircraft X did not own the airport and was not authorized to instruct other aircraft, with Aircraft X responding that a touch and go is precisely that, not a stop.

I think we are well past the time that it is acceptable for aircraft to fly without a radio.

I can say it was a very busy day and the controllers had their hands full, although the controller losing site of an aircraft that had just departed his runway less than 30 seconds made the situation a little more dramatic than it needed to be.

The impact created a large hole in the windshield sending plexiglass, bird feathers, blood, and gore into the face and torso of the pilot, as well as throughout the cabin.

Ground Operations advised me that there was a NOTAM for jumping operations. I responded that I had not checked the NOTAMs for ZZZ since I wasn’t landing there.

After the few seconds I heard a huge “BANG” and the shock wave threw me away from the plane.
