We both are pilots and enjoy flying out for lunch when we can fit it in. We just tied down our Cessna Skyhawk after our trip and finished up our farm chores in Peterboro, N.Y., when we captured this beautiful evening sunset.”

Bill Steinmetz submitted this photo and note: “My 172 at Pioneer Field for lunch and a tour sponsored by the Experimental Aircraft Association and Recreational Aviation Foundation on May 15, 2022. I am the Indiana State Liaison for the Recreational Aviation Foundation. We just concluded our biennial conference at Waukesha, Wisconsin, which included a fly-out to Pioneer Field to meet with Jack Pelton, CEO of the EAA, have lunch, and tour their new education and conference center. There were 22 aircraft in all. It was a great thrill to land at Pioneer Field!”
