Aircraft Spruce now carries the Tempest PowerFlite Series, which is a collaborative effort from Tempest and Aerospace Components. Tempest is the only aftermarket direct replacement alternator available for late model Cessna aircraft, according to company officials. Tempest PowerFlite has starter motors that are FAA-PMA approved and eligible on TCM engines.
