PC-12 prop approved for shorter takeoff performance

The 7-bladed MTV-47 MT-Propeller, known as “The Silent 7,” is now approved by both the FAA and EASA for even shorter takeoff distances, which increases the operational capability of the Pilatus PC-12, according to officials with Germany-based MT-Propeller.

Delayed go-around proves fatal for pilot
