New York high school wins Aviation Design Challenge

Approach Aviation’s first tool kit supported Continental IO-520/550 engines. The new kit, ADCKIT2, adds support for Alternator Drive Coupling inspection and installation on Continental C-75/85/90/115/125/145, E-165/185/225, O-200/300, IO-240/360 series engines, in addition to the IO-520/550.

Zenith bent on second flight when canopy opens during takeoff

I am the Indiana State Liaison for the Recreational Aviation Foundation. We just concluded our biennial conference at Waukesha, Wisconsin, which included a fly-out to Pioneer Field to meet with Jack Pelton, CEO of the EAA, have lunch, and tour their new education and conference center. There were 22 aircraft in all. It was a great thrill to land at Pioneer Field!”
