The Inland Valley Development Agency, the funding arm for San Bernardino International Airport (SBD) in California, will borrow $4 million to build general aviation facilities at the airport, according to a report in the Highland Community News. About two dozen hangars will be built to take care of private aircraft in preparation for the move from Rialto Airport to San Bernardino. Rialto Airport (L67) is to be closed and redeveloped by Lewis and Hillwood development interests.
