Pilot hearing protection focus of Wednesday webinar

By General Aviation News Staff · July 21, 2014 ·

A webinar will be held Wednesday, July 23, at 8 pm (Eastern Time Zone) on noise-induced hearing loss and how to prevent it.

Presenting the webinar is Rick Todd, David Dunlap and Ravi the Raviator, a pilot and musician.

“I meet a lot of hearing impaired musicians and pilots (more pilots in fact),” he said. “So, it is with great dedication to this cause that I am partnering with the National Association of Flight Instructors and Sennheiser Headsets to put on what I am told is the largest FAA Safety Seminar ever (we have close to 1,000 registrants so far). It is FREE, and you can enter the raffle for a chance to win a $1,000 Sennheiser S1 Digital Headset and other great prizes.”
