Effective Monday, Sept. 15, the Washington State Department of Transportation aviation division’s Arlington office is taking off for the Olympia area.
The aviation division operated out of two offices for the past year: One at the Arlington Municipal Airport, the other at Olympia Regional Airport. When the lease on the Arlington location expires next month, the offices will permanently consolidate in Olympia, according to state officials.
After Sept. 15, the sole WSDOT aviation division office will be located at 7702 Terminal Street SW, Tumwater, Wash., 98501-7264. The phone number for the office is 360-709-8096.
