Second annual Maule Homecoming Fly-In slated

By General Aviation News Staff · September 3, 2014 ·

The second annual Maule Homecoming Fly-In will be held Sept. 26-28 at Maule Air at Spence Field (KMUL) in Moultrie, Ga.

Last year’s event was a great success, even considering the short notice and weather blocking many attendees from coming, according to company officials, who note that more than 100 people and 22 aircraft (Maules, Cirrus, Cessnas, and a Grumman Widgeon) were in attendance. “We are expecting at least double attendance for this year’s event,” company officials said.

Maule pilots, owners, and many other pilots and aviation enthusiast will be converging on Spence Field to learn more about Maule aircraft — current and future models — as well as factory tours, flight competitions, aircraft showcases, food, fun and fellowship.
