My 2013 FAR/AIM makes no mention of cockpit photography limitations or otherwise in its comprehensive index. Not found in a more random probable search, either. Each airline has its own “sterile cockpit” rules and regulations for its cockpit aircrew and some might have such a prohibition, though.
I’m an airline pilot and I know of NO FAR that says I can’t take a picture out the window of the jet? (As long as I’m above 10K feet)!
really you are a pilot? Maybe you don’t have any contacts within the aviation world because all the pilots who talked about you and this fake issue have many names for you, none is nice. Or maybe all other pilots are stupid. Just saying…
This subject didn’t go over so well on another site. Seems your not aloud to take pic. From the cockpit but my e dition of the FAR/AIM doesn’t mention it. (The 98 ver.)
You mean allowed?
I was a dealer for you in past. What is the problem and violation. Don’t see anthing wrong.
mostly nobody sees anything wrong either, we are not alone.
