West Star Aviation has named its current Chief Operating Officer (COO) Rodger Renaud president.
Renaud’s career has included roles at Rockwell International and Midcoast Aviation before joining West Star Aviation in 2012.
“We have been lucky to have Rodger. He has been an effective leader in his role as COO for three years and I am confident he will excel in his new position as president. He will be working with more of our strategic initiatives while still handling operations during our robust growth,” said Bob Rasberry, CEO, West Star Aviation. “He has been working in the role for some time, and he consistently takes on new challenges and succeeds,” Rasberry continued.
In addition to its facilities in East Alton, Ill., Grand Junction, Colo, and Chattanooga, Tenn., West Star Aviation runs maintenance operations at Aspen-Pitkin County Airport in Aspen, Colo.; Chicago Executive Airport in Chicago, and Centennial Airport in Denver. The company also provides FBO services at its East Alton and Grand Junction facilities.
