That was a special fly by as the unveiling of a plaque naming the Comm Center
The “Ron Scott Communication Center” was concluding.
Ron was the Chairman of the “Green Gang” from 1954 until year before last.
He led the group while most of the improvements were made since Oshkosh
was a group of tents.
