Squawk Manager added to PlaneLogiX

By General Aviation News Staff · September 8, 2016 ·

PlaneLogiX has released its Squawk Manager module, which is now included with every PlaneLogiX subscription.

Aircraft owners can use the Squawk Manager to keep track of current and previous aircraft issues, as well as a wish list for upcoming projects.

squawkList

When you make a squawk, you can share it with anyone you want, including your mechanic. They will get an email notification letting them know that you have a new maintenance issue.

After you assign your squawk to your mechanic, he or she can sign in — mechanics always have free access — to PlaneLogiX — read about your squawk, and research everything about your airplane’s maintenance history all from one place.

Your mechanic can even make new digital maintenance entries to resolve your squawk, all using the same login and dashboard.

Track your squawk

Did your engine make a strange noise during your flight? Make a squawk in as little as 30 seconds, assign it to your mechanic, and he or she will receive an email notification. Keep track of the status of the squawk as it moves through the “Open,” “In Progress,” and “Resolved” lifecycles.

Test Flight
