I stopped by the Bisbee, AZ airport in my Flight Design CTLS to get fuel today (my home airport fuel farm was being repaved) and on a whim picked up a copy of your publication. What a surprise to see a feature on the Hinton-Alderson airport, known to locals as Pence Springs. I’ve flown into that airport dozens of time during my years in West Virginia and have many fond memories of fly-ins, picnics, and just parking by the river and fishing with the rod I carried in my 1957 American Champion. When I got home I pulled out my old pictures of the airport featuring several of my friends. Ah…memory lane. And it prompted me to order a subscription. Fortuitous!
