Back in the mid-1980’s, I worked at a BWI-based Cessna dealer. On the field was a B-25 owned by a monied individual who hired on of our charter/air taxi pilots, Warren Baker, to fly him around the mid-Atlantic area. Warren was well known as the “B-25 pilot” at BWI.
One day, having returned from an air taxi flight in our C402B, Warren stopped by the Butler Aviation line shack and asked to have “my airplane topped up”. A day or so later, our boss received a fuel bill from Butler for over 600 gallons of 100/130! The Butler lineboy hadn’t fueled the 402, but had topped off the B-25!
