New WASP watch unveiled

Abingdon Co. has expanded its Legends Series of pilot watches with the new GunMetal WASP Watch.

This latest addition follows last year’s debut of commemorative aviation watches created in collaboration with The National WASP WWII Museum to honor the legacy of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), according to company officials.

This limited-edition timepiece features:

• A gunmetal finish
• Official WASP wings insignia on the dial and tribute engraving on the back
• Swiss quartz movement
• Collector’s box with a 1942-1944 penny representing the years the WASP program was active.
