Camping at Oshkosh

General Aviation News photographer Megan Vande Voort took some time at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2024 to capture photographs of some of the campsites at the big show.

Here are just a few she captured:

These campers in the Vintage Aircraft area use their airplane for shade.
The South 40 became a tent city overnight.
The Van’s RV camping area at the show.
Not all campers use tents — and some campers are silly.
As the song says, “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere.”
Even the venerable VW Bus had its own parking area at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh.
This VW camper has all the comforts of home, including its own pink flamingo.
