Upcoming live webinars include:

  • GA Pilots’ Legal Playbook: Sources, Process and Current Issues, Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, 3 p.m. Eastern: Aviation attorney and CFI Mark Kolber offers a practical look at the legal issues every pilot should understand, from everyday cockpit decisions to broader aviation law topics.
  • Engine Operations in the Real World, Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, 3 p.m. Eastern: Ryan Koch dispels myths and shares practical techniques for balancing efficiency, economy, and workload in piston aircraft.

All webinars are free to attend and registration is open now.

Pilots who missed the live broadcasts earlier this season can now access the following recordings:

  • Q&A with ATC: Three veteran controllers (and GA pilots) share what matters most from the other side of the mic and offer tips for smoother radio work.
  • Industry Update: Pilot Hiring Trends and Insights: James Onieal examines the current hiring landscape, including strategies for low-time pilots and how AI is shaping recruitment.
  • Choosing the Right Aviation Headset: Doug Ranly breaks down the latest headset technology and helps pilots sort through features like ANR and Bluetooth. This presentation also includes a look at the brand new Lightspeed Zulu 4.

Recordings are available on Sporty’s YouTube Channel.
