Pilot draws The Grinch in the sky

By General Aviation News Staff · December 30, 2025 · Leave a Comment

A pilot located at Wood County Airport (1G0) in Bowling Green, Ohio, took to the skies on Dec. 21, 2025.

The mission? Draw The Grinch in the skies over Ohio.

According to FlightAware, the pilot departed 1G0 at 12:37 p.m. and landed at 3:43 p.m. after 311 miles flown.

The same pilot, or at least the same aircraft, completed both this aerial drawing as well as the Nativity scene on Dec. 15.
