New Airpark Launches in Central Florida

By General Aviation News Staff · March 10, 2026 · Leave a Comment

A new residential airpark, Glide Path Fly-In Homes, has opened, offering 15 private estate lots across 70 acres, which includes a 3,300-foot grass airstrip.

Located in Oak Hill, a coastal town between Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center, Glide Path Fly-In Homes offers the opportunity for buyers to build custom residences with private hangars and taxi directly from their property to the airstrip, according to developers.

Property highlights include:

  • 15 private lots ranging from 1 to 8 acres
  • Lot prices from $400,000 to $760,000
  • Underground utilities
  • Federally protected environmental buffer along the south and west boundaries, ensuring no future backyard development.

A detailed overview of Glide Path Fly-In Homes is available via a link in the lower right-hand corner of the website. The link also includes the results of a survey conducted by General Aviation News asking what pilots wanted in an ideal fly-in community.
