The benefit ball helps thousands of underprivileged children in the region annually. My employer is one of the sponsors and donates the use of his Merlin III for the mission. Susan Loricchio submitted these photos and note: “Hot Air Balloonist Kelly Hilberth and her crew introduce kids to lighter than air flight at the Liberty Science Center in Jersey City during Aviation Weekend. The event included many fields of aviation from Space Force to the first FAA certified electric aircraft Pipistrel Velis. Many organizations also came to participate and meet the general public. The day was an attendance record setter for the center.”
