Ron at the 57 Alpha Cafe decided to close his doors for health reasons after 32 years. The on-airport cafe is known throughout the Carolinas as a favorite lunch destination.”

Two pilots approached me and spontaneously asked if I’d do a photo shoot off site, saying they’d always wanted a ‘shadow shot.’ I had no idea what it was until a quick briefing. Look carefully and you’ll see two planes belly to belly so close it looks like a shadow!”

The offshore route under the ORD Class B airspace gives you a great view of downtown Chicago.”

She loves to fly, so I take her up at least once or twice a year, but always on her birthday. I am based in Teslin, Yukon. We are about to fly over to the Llewellyn Glacier so that Margaret can take some pictures.”
