Thomas Hood submitted this photo and note: “Harry Whitaker III and Thomas Gordon Hood, who met in flight school at Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, Washington, stand with the Wright Flyer at Kill Devil Hills. We met in 1967 and remain best friends to this day. Our grandfathers were aviation pioneers in 1907 and 1913. We are third generation airplane drivers.”

New legislation to help Colorado airports transition to unleaded fuel
