I’d hoped to fly large multi-engine aircraft built by Boeing and Airbus. I wanted to jaunt off on trips around the world, spend a third of my nights in hotels, and generally live the dream of a commercial airline pilot. But that didn’t happen. Thank goodness, my plans changed.
Restored Tuskegee Airmen PT-19 returns to the skies

The FAA has set a target for the elimination of leaded aviation fuel for all piston-powered aircraft by the year 2030. In an effort to speed up the transition at the local level, KLGB’s Unleaded Aviation Fuel Subsidy Program is designed to eliminate the cost difference between leaded avgas and unleaded avgas.
