‘Amelia’ plane photos released

With all the buzz surrounding the premiere of the new movie “Amelia,” Aerographs, a Georgia company that specializes in aviation photography, has released photos it took last year of a Lockheed 12A Electra Junior, which appears in the film. For more information: Aerographs.com

Travelers pulls out of U.S. GA market

Insurance company Travelers Cos. Inc. is exiting the U.S. general aviation market. According to a story at BusinessInsurance.com, the company’s Hartford, Conn.-based general aviation practice has stopped quoting new business. The firm will honor existing quotes but will not write new business after Dec. 31, the story noted.
