Jeppesen cuts prices, simplifies NavData and chart coverages for Garmin and Avidyne panels

Prior to the changes, Jeppesen offered more than 100 different charting coverages. That has been simplified to 14 coverage options, according to company officials. Previously, Jeppesen charts covering the United States cost $960 a year. Now, charting coverage for all of North America is $449, a 53% savings.
