Florida’s Aerospace Center for Excellence introduces preschool program

The parent participation class is designed for children aged 3-5. Each week students and parents will explore a letter of the alphabet and coordinating aviation concept using hands-on, skill-based learning centered around play.

ABC 33/40, an Alabama-based ABC television affiliate, recently posted a news story featuring Major Anthony Tisdale, an Air Force pilot who leads a summer camp for kids through Operation Aviation Foundation. The segment calls Tisdale “An Alabama Champion,” while he tells the news station that he really wishes a camp like this had been available when he was learning to fly.

New A&P program gets $4.4 million boost

Beginning in the fall of 2024, Pensacola State College will train students to become certified aviation mechanics in a new program at Pensacola International Airport (KPNS).

Maine’s first aviation maintenance technician school set to take off
