Steady and increasing need for pilots, maintenance technicians forecast

The latest Boeing Pilot and Technician Outlook predicts 602,000 pilots and 610,000 maintenance technicians will be needed globally between 2022 and 2041. The latest forecast does not include Russia due to the sanctions put in place after its invasion of Ukraine.
