Aviation Technology Group, which builds the Javelin jet, has chosen Front Range Airport in Adams County, Colo., for its manufacturing facility. The Denver-based company has leased two buildings at the airport, which will allow it to begin production immediately on the new jet, a two-place model that has been described as the sports car of the personal jet world. Another version of the jet, expected to be certified in 2007, will be sold as a military trainer.
