EDMO partners with Trig Avionics

By Janice Wood · February 8, 2011 ·

EDMO Distributors, an independent distributor of avionics, avionics test equipment, installation supplies, aircraft accessories and pilot supplies, has inked a new distribution agreement with Trig Avionics, Ltd.

“EDMO is pleased to be named an authorized distributor for Trig Avionics. Trig’s line of cost effective Mode S transponder products will be of great value to our customer base,” explains Jeff Christensen, president at EDMO Distributors.

Trig Avionics’ current line of Mode S transponders feature ADS-B functionality and TIS traffic capability, he noted. The TT31 is a standard size Class 1 Mode S transponder that fits in the same mounting tray as the KT76A transponder. The space and weight saving TT22 (Class 1) and TT21 (Class 2) general aviation transponder systems can fit into the smallest of aircraft, are fully certified and compliant with all the transponder requirements, and include an integrated altitude encoder, he added.
