Engine Components Inc. has been renamed. The worldwide distributor of general aviation aftermarket parts, services and engine kits is now Engine Components International.
The Engine Components International name more accurately reflects the transformation of the business in recent years, according to company officials. “Since 2007, ECi has been developing a new global strategic business structure to allow a more customer-focused approach, offering proprietary PMA and experimental products under the TITAN brand, as well as providing certified repair services,” officials said in a prepared release.
“Our focus is customer-driven. Our priorities are safety, reliability, and cost-effective parts and services,” said Tim Morland, General Manager of Engine Components International. “It’s a new day; it’s a new company.”
