New aircraft repair service opens At Terrell Municipal Airport

The former manager of the Ralph M. Hall Municipal Airport in Rockwall has moved his repair operations to the Terrell Municipal Airport in Texas.

Eddie Walkowicz’s new firm is called Terrell Aircraft Services.

Eddie-Walkowicz-1The veteran aircraft mechanic joined his father’s firm, Rockwall Air Service, in 1984 after attending Eastfield College and Texas Tech University. From 1994 to 2014, he also managed the Rockwall Airport, and continues to operate Rockwall Flight Center there, but is moving his repair operations to Terrell.

He holds both A&P and IA ratings. A pilot since 1976, he holds a commercial rating for both single and multi-engine aircraft.
