Joel Russell was awarded the Bill Shea Award at the New York Aviation Management Association’s Fall Conference Sept. 16-18.
Russell, a senior associate at Steven Baldwin Associates, was recognized for his “tremendous efforts and accomplishments in support of aviation in New York State.”William F. Shea, an aerospace educator and lecturer with extensive experience in administration, education, government and aviation, was on hand to present the award to Russell.
