MYGOFLIGHT creates Pilot One3 scholarship program

By General Aviation News Staff · April 4, 2016 ·

PILOT ONE3 is the brain child of 16-year-old Alyssa Schneider. She challenged her father – and MYGOFLIGHT founder Charles Schneider – by asking what MYGOFLIGHT is doing to help more people become pilots.

PILOT ONE3 stands for ONE AVIATION INDUSTRY, ONE PERCENT of REVENUE, to add ONE PILOT at a time.

The program provides a gift certificate for the purchase of MYGOFLIGHT products – from 1% of MYGOFLIGHT revenues – that can be added to existing scholarship programs.

“When I learned of MYGOFLIGHT’s PILOT ONE3 program I immediately picked up the phone and called Charlie,” said John “Lites” Leenhouts, President & CEO, SUN ‘n FUN. “We were very excited to have MYGOFLIGHT add to the value of the scholarship funds we provide to people looking to become pilots. We would like to encourage other companies to join PILOT ONE3 so that we can further enhance the value of our program.”

MYGOFLIGHT is both challenging other companies to help the industry create more pilots and looking for more organizations that provide scholarships to become a recipient of the PILOT ONE3 program.

For more information, call Charles Schneider at 303-364-7400 x111 or email at [email protected].
