By General Aviation News Staff · November 6, 2020 ·

Aviation Supplies & Academics (ASA) has updated all of its pilot training kits.

“ASA’s student pilot training kits are built by combining our best books, flight planning tools, and pilot supplies into packages that meet Part 61 and 141 airplane and helicopter pilot training program requirements,” company officials said. “Each kit has been updated to include the most current and up-to-date titles and editions, ensuring students meet all the regulatory requirements and are completely prepared for both the FAA Knowledge Exam and the checkride.”

Student Pilot Kit: Based on the Complete Pilot Series by Bob Gardner, this kit prepares students for the Private Pilot Airplane certificate and fits into all types of training programs. Price: $89.95.

Complete Private Pilot Kit: Part 61: This kit includes everything from the Student Pilot Kit, plus a 2021 FAR/AIM, 2021 Test Prep Book, and a Pilot Briefcase. Price: $149.95.
