Luxaviation Group, a business aircraft and helicopter operator headquartered in Luxembourg, has acquired FBO network Paragon Aviation Group.
The aquisition creates a global FBO network of more than 140 locations, according to company officials.
Luxaviation Group also recently acquired Sky Valet, which integrated 17 FBOs into its ExecuJet brand.
Crystal Kubeczka will become the new president of Paragon Aviation Group effective June 1, 2024.
