Rachel Jouppi, a volunteer with Pilots N Paws, is putting out a call for pilots in Minnesota to fly to Missouri as part of a “fly away” to rescue more than 120 dogs.
A fly away is when several pilots fly several planes on the same mission, she explained.
For this mission, Pilots N Paws is hoping to relocate the more than 120 dogs to Minnesota at the end of February 2026.
She notes that hotel and meals are included, crates will be provided, and the fuel used for the flights is tax deductible.
