New Cable Allows Two Headsets to Share One Jack

By General Aviation News Staff · February 28, 2026 · Leave a Comment

Hobbs Flyer has introduced its 6-Pin LEMO Panel-Powered Splitter, allowing two aviation headsets to share a single panel mounted 6-pin LEMO jack with full microphone, stereo audio, and power support.

Developed in response to customer demand, the splitter is useful in aircraft with more seats than available 6 pin jacks, company officials explained.

The splitter can also help protect aircraft panel jacks from damage caused by improperly aligned or forced connections when plugging in a headset, officials add, noting passengers connect to the splitter rather than directly to the aircraft jack.

The cable passes all six LEMO pins, preserving full stereo and ANR functionality, company officials said.

Price: $79.95.
