Leadership at PK Floats has transitioned, with long-time owner Patrick McGowen retiring, selling the company to Josh Michaud, who has taken over as president.
Michaud brings a background in sales, manufacturing, and business development to the Lincoln, Maine-based company.
“He has worked closely with manufacturers across the aerospace, defense, medical, and automotive industries, building a reputation for improving processes and delivering practical innovation for companies ranging from local shops to large global organizations,” company officials said.
“As a Maine native and a private pilot, Josh brings a personal connection to aviation and a clear understanding of the performance and reliability customers expect from PK Floats,” they added.
