Comments and Reviews Added to Garmin Pilot

Garmin has added a new feature to Garmin Pilot: Airport and FBO Comments and Reviews.

This allows pilots to leave comments and reviews on airport facilities and FBOs so that other pilots can be better informed of conditions and service expectations, according to Garmin officials. A five-star rating system for FBOs also encourages pilots to give feedback based on their experience.

Pilots can use this information while flight planning to choose the facilities that best meet their needs, company officials added.

Pilots can also use the feature to share local knowledge about airports, such as airport configurations in certain winds.
