KORE Aviation Expands Product Line

By General Aviation News Staff · April 11, 2026 · Leave a Comment

KORE Aviation has introduced two new products: A Pilot Flight Bag and Textured Silicone Gel Ear Seals.

“These new products reflect what pilots have been asking for in their day-to-day flying experience,” said Min Kim, CEO and owner of KORE Aviation. “Pilots want gear that helps them stay organized, protects the tools they rely on, and makes long flights more comfortable. The Pilot Flight Bag and Textured Silicone Gel Ear Seals were developed with those real needs in mind.”

The flight bag is designed to fit all major aviation headset models. Features include a padded sleeve for tablets or logbooks up to 11 inches, a front zippered pocket for quick access items, side pockets for flight accessories, a rear slip pocket with magnetic snap closure, and six internal accessory pockets. The bag also includes a removable shoulder strap and a padded handle.

The new Textured Silicone Gel Ear Seals are designed to address common discomfort issues associated with long-term headset use. The ear seals are intended to reduce pressure around the ears, improve breathability, and provide greater noise reduction than standard foam ear pads, according to company officials.

The textured silicone surface is designed to feel less sticky during warm conditions and extended sessions, while the thicker gel construction is intended to improve durability and long-term comfort, officials noted, adding the ear seals are compatible with most aviation headsets from various brands.
