Jet Stream Aviation Products, based in McKinney, Texas, and Aero Detailing Academy, based in Orlando, Florida, have partnered to strengthen aircraft detailing education.
Aero Detailing Academy offers a four-week online aircraft detailing course paired with a two-day in-person, hands-on training experience in Orlando led by Steve Chandler, who brings more than 25 years of aircraft detailing and teaching experience to the program.
“This is a full-circle moment for me. I have been using Jet Stream Aviation Products my entire career, and now I have the opportunity to teach our students the methods, techniques, and professional standards behind the entire product line,” he said.
Jet Stream Aviation Products, which has been providing detailing and cleaning products to the aviation industry for more than 30 years, will provide product support, product education, and curriculum integration throughout both the online and in-person training experience. Jet Stream’s “Ultimate Guide to Operating an Aircraft Detailing Service” manual will also serve as a foundational resource, with every graduating student receiving a copy.
Together, the two organizations bring more than 40 years of combined aviation detailing, product, training, and industry experience to students entering the field.
