Ontic Acquires Aero-Mach Companies

By General Aviation News Staff · October 14, 2026 · Leave a Comment

Ontic, which manufactures parts for the aviation industry, has acquired Wichita-based Aero-Mach Companies, expanding its product portfolio and adding three specialist aviation brands to its global operations.

The transaction, which includes Aero-Mach Labs, Aero-Mach Wilco, and Aero-Mach TCO, adds aerospace manufacturing, technical services, component repair and overhaul, parts distribution, and aircraft static discharger manufacturing capabilities to Ontic’s portfolio, according to company officials.

“Joining Ontic is an exciting next step for Aero-Mach,” said Jeff Carnley, CEO of Aero-Mach. “Becoming part of a global aerospace business gives us the opportunity to build on what we have created, invest in our capabilities, and continue to grow while retaining the strengths that our customers value.”

“For our customers, it’s business as usual,” added Jason White, General Manager of Aero-Mach. “They’ll continue to work with the same Aero-Mach team and receive the same quality, service, and support they know today.”
